Ginkgo biloba ‘Eiffel’ is ideal for narrow avenues, parking lots, courtyards, linear flower beds, or modern gardens, where it acts like a living sculpture—growing vertically without taking up much lateral space.

This cultivar reaches an average height of 10–15 meters while maintaining a very compact width of just 2–2.5 meters even at full maturity. Its growth is slow to moderate, characterized by a symmetrical and very orderly structure: the branches grow vertically along the trunk, forming a compact, regular green column. Its natural shape requires no corrective pruning, making it ideal for low-maintenance urban greening projects.

The leaves are fan-shaped with gently lobed edges and a soft texture. In spring and summer, the foliage appears fresh and bright light green, turning a rich, uniform golden yellow in autumn.
